Each house is available in summer time for periods of a week or more. Of course, there is always the option to book periods more than a month. In case you are interested in monthly rentals please contact us early at least 6 months prior your arrival.
On the contrary, the minimum stay is for three nights subject to availability. In any case do not hesitate to communicate with us. Of course, we’ll be glad to help you and answer to your questions. So, in case you have any please send us an email and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Also, LEFKASEABNB is in Google maps!! Just look for it and follow the driving instructions. The guesthouses are in the middle of Agios Ioannis beach. When you cross the canal to reach the island just right after you pass the floating bridge, you instantly turn right and again you turn left to follow the Agios Ioannis beach traffic sign. You drive with the sea on your right hand and the lagoon on your left. After you pass all the old windmills you keep right and at the first turn just go right to follow again the Agios Ioannis beach traffic sign. When you’ll see the beach, the houses are on your left hand 200 meters approx. after you pass the lifeguard tower post. You will see a tall pine tree on the right of the houses. Of course the Lefkas sea bnb sign is just outside, on the entrance gate.

An incredibly beautiful guesthouse with an excellent big blue view! We felt at home! Panos warmly welcomed us and we could ask him anything we wanted. He had some good recommendations. It was a calm and pleasant place. The island is really beautiful and we had an amazing starting point. We will be back for sure!

Fully recommended. Very rare to find a place direct at the beach with private parking and good access to the city. A great host who knows the island perfectly and has a lot of useful hints.
