Numbers 37134 & 37109), on the beach of Agios Ioannis in Lefkada. A surfers’ beach which also has a blue flag award for its clear waters.

In particular, you can also find us in Google maps application simply by typing LEFKASEABNB. Just beside us, there is the twin property of MAKIS & FANI HOUSES. Both properties consist of a complex of four lovely, luxury, independent and fully furnished guesthouses. Each one is next to the other, peaceful and perfectly positioned in the middle of Agios Ioannis bay. All of them are very attractive either for couples, families or even for business travellers. In detail each guesthouse in LEFKASEABNB sleeps normally up to 4 persons (2 adults 2 children or 3 adults 1 child or 1 couple and 2 adults). However, one more person could sleep on a retractable bed under the loft’s sofa, (conditions apply). Please let us know for the fifth person in the booking or contact form.

The premises

are set in gated lawn gardens. Surprisingly olive and pine trees bring dappled shade to the ground. Only a narrow road separates the houses from the beautiful surfers beach of Agios Ioannis sparkling bay.

Additionally, each house opens on to a sea view balcony. Therefore the guests have their own perspective of the bay. In other words, you can adore the spectacular view, especially in the morning enjoying your favourite coffee. Moreover, in the evening you can relax after swimming and enjoy the picturesque red sea sunset with a chill out aperitif.

Also, inside the house, check photos here, a sea view living/dining room is open plan to the kitchen. A mobile retractable table for four persons serves for lunch or dinner inside the house in a rare case of bad weather. Both houses are fully equipped and have excellent facilities. They are available for a week or more even for a whole summer season. On the contrary, the minimum rental period is for three nights subject to availability.

SAVE THE FEES OF THE ABOVE BOOKING PLATFORMS.

However, after the booking reservation procedure from our site, you need to pay an amount in advance by a bank transfer to confirm your booking. In particular, a payment of 20 percent of the total amount in order to confirm your booking has to be transferred. We will send you a reservation email along with our IBAN account right after we have received your booking request. Then, you have three (3) working days the most (depending on how early you book for example, up to 7 days before your arrival you pay the total amount). Please send an email with the attached copy of your bank deposit transaction. Finally, we will reply again by sending a booking confirmation email to you right after your deposit verification.

ATTENTION: We accept normal bank transactions even if it takes time to see your money in our account. However, if we don’t see the money transfer after three (3) working days from your booking request we have to notify you and cancel your reservation.

Finally, you pay the last instalment of the residual amount seven days prior your arrival. Likewise, you should send again an email with the bank transaction copy as described above. Otherwise we will send you a request for payment by email as a reminder. However, there is another option to pay the last instalment in cash upon your arrival on site during your check in. So, please text us “Last Instalment: Cash on site upon arrival”, during the reservation procedure.

ATTENTION : Please be aware of an additional cost of 30€ that is charged for the final cleaning and disinfection of the house after your departure. Also, prior your booking, please read first our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions page.
